Owner/operator of South End Physiotherapy which has been open since 1990.

Graduated from Dalhousie University and has over 20 years experience in treating sports and orthopaedic injuries

Has taken many post graduate courses specializing in the treatment of shoulders and knees.



Barbara Morrison

Graduated from Dalhousie University with BScPT.

Worked in general practice in British Columbia for 6 years before returning to Nova Scotia.

Has worked with South End Physiotherapy for 10 years treating sports injuries and orthopaedics, with a special interest in acupuncture.



Shell McLean-Tully

Graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with BSc Physical Education and
Graduated from Dalhousie University with BScPT

Worked in Kuwait as the Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist for the Kuwait-Dalhousie Project.

For the past seven years was a part-time academic instructor at Dalhousie University, School of Health and Human Performance, teaching Care and Prevention of Injuries to third and fourth year kinesiology students.

Has worked with South End Physiotherapy for six years treating musculoskeletal and sports related injuries, with a special interest in the young athlete.



Jen King

Registered Massage Therapist who completed certification while attending ICT Northumberland College in Halifax.

Has joined South End Physiotherapy after a year of practice abroad in Dublin, Ireland, working alongside an Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist

Certified in Myofascial Release, Suikodo Therapy, Reiki Level I and ITEC Hot Stones Therapy-Europe, pre and post natal massage, and application of volcanic clay mud wraps.



Mike Daigle

Mike Daigle,Canadian Certified Pedorthist

Mike began his Pedorthic career after many years working as a fine furnituremaker/designer, teacher and leather craftsman. He is a member of the Pedorthic Association of Canada and the College of Pedorthics. He has a special interest in sports medicine as pertains to Pedorthic management of foot/ankle/knee pain.

A Certified Pedorthist is trained in the manufacture, fitting and modification of foot appliances and footwear to assist in alleviating pain in the lower limbs. Assessment through observation of surface anatomy and palpation of the joints, gait analysis, range of motion testing, footgear examination, and review of potentially complicating health factors are our specialty.

Our mission is the well-being of our patients. Through Pedorthic management and related modalities, we may promote a better balance. We are committed to providing the highest quality service and care.
